Get ready for movement, mindfulness, and meaningful fun! Yoga Tranquil for Youth is an exciting and enriching yoga program designed to help children and teens move their bodies, calm their minds, and discover their inner strength. Each class is an inviting blend of energy and relaxation—where kids can stretch, balance, breathe, and unwind while learning skills they can use every day.
This engaging program helps build strength, flexibility, focus, and self-awareness in a supportive and uplifting environment. Through age-appropriate yoga poses, breathing exercises, and mindfulness techniques, students learn how to manage stress, improve concentration, and stay active—all while having fun and feeling successful.

- Introduce yoga through creativity and play. Children build coordination, balance, and confidence while learning how to slow down, breathe deeply, and relax in a joyful, non-competitive setting.

- Duration: March 12, 2026 - April 30, 2026
- Sessions: Thursdays
- Time: 6-6:45 PM
- Participants explore poses, balance work, guided relaxation, and mindfulness practices that support emotional awareness and stress management. Sessions encourage body awareness, confidence, and healthy habits that can last a lifetime—on and off the mat.
