Teens and adults will develop self confidence and gain knowledge of African cultures through dance movement. Each workshop will take you through the traditional cultural literature of African dance styling, while building self-esteem, learning values and principles to improve awareness.
It is fun to watch and even more fun to participate! Choose from classes that meet every Saturday from 10:30–11:30 am & 11:30 am-12:30 p m. Space is limited and recommend you call (925) 252-6930 to reserve your space. Drop-Ins are welcome as space permits for a low $15 drop in fee.
